Halloween is a big deal in elementary school, but if you’re a teacher you already know this. These Halloween Crafts for Elementary Students add some Halloween fun to your lessons! They are even great for creating Halloween bulletin board or door displays. Check them out!
Have some Halloween Fun
This monster craft is perfect for Halloween classroom parties. In our craft kit, you have all the pieces you need ready to print or you can add your own flare! I love to add googly eyes, sequences, pipe cleaners, etc to make these monsters come to life. This one is a fan favorite Halloween craft!
Study Bats
In first grade, we love to add a science unit about bats in the weeks leading up to Halloween. Not only does it cover science standards but students love it because it fits the season. Along with our bat unit, I always include a bat craft. In the photo below, you will see a bat created with just the printable materials in the kit but I love to use mini paper plates to create these bats to give them a 3D effect.
Best Halloween Crafts for Elementary Students last..
I saved the best for last for this blog post. This Haunted Hand is hands down (haha) my students favorite year after year. Parents also love it because it’s a keepsake of the size of their hand. Again, all of the pieces you would need are printable in the craft kit or you can add your own flares. There are even printable handprints incase you have a student who doesn’t like the sensory aspect of getting their hands traced. These crafts always find their way onto my hallway bulletin board because I just can’t get enough.
